Great quality boxes that fit perfectly in vest or sling packs. Lots of room on the inside for a nice days assortment of flies and carry hundreds in a couple of boxes. Latching is a nice firm snap. Should last for years! (Posted on 3/18/13)

I bought 2 for my husband as a gift. He was thrilled. He has more expensive boxes, but says that these are just as good as, if not better, than the higher priced boxes he owns. These fly boxes are a terrific value. Sturdy, lightweight and waterproof at unbeatable prices. I've now replaced every fly box in my vest with Hatches product and given several as gifts to friends and family. The only complaint I have is the thickness of the boxes are a little bulky at almost 1 1/2". Otherwise, these are the best value for a flybox I've ever owned and would highly recommend them to anyone. This is the fly fishing deal of the century in my opinion! (Posted on 4/13/12)

Great little fly box. Solid in construction and holds a good number of flys.

This is my second order of Hatches Waterproof Fly Boxes. Forget that they are a terrific value, they are great fly boxes all-around. I just keep buying them for friends because it makes me look like I'm giving an expensive gift. Seriously, these boxes perform with fly boxes costing 4X the money. These boxes are a very good value. They are well made and appear to be very durable. The slit foam holds the flies securely and there is plenty of capacity. I purchased two of these boxes and I am very happy with them.

This box is very well made. The case itself is made from a very light black plastic. By light, I mean that if you drive over it with a car it WILL break, but my intention is to never do that. I love the amount of storage this case allows for. I am primarily using this case for egg patterns, nymphs, and some small terrestrials.

My intention with these small boxes is to set up "local waters" fly boxes. 1 box with all the patterns I use for specific creeks all year round, thus lightening my load when I go fishing. These boxes have done just that. The boxes come with 12 rows with 19 slots in each row (228 slots total). Perfect for the tiny flies I use in spillways and tail waters. (Posted on 11/16/11)
