This 100% waterproof fly box is a great all around fly box for carrying both dry flies and nymphs. It measures 7.7" x 4.3" x 1.65", making it large enough to hold plenty of flies, yet small enough that it will fit in the pockets of most vests or packs. Despite being light weight, this rugged box will easily meet the the demands of discriminating fly anglers. It is available in two different foam types. The Micro Slit foam version has 18 rows, and the Easy Grip Foam option has 22 rows, each of which allows you to carry plenty of flies for a day on the water!

I purchased this particular box for saltwater flies and it's perfect. I've got roughly 4 dozen #2-6 bonefish flies stored with plenty of room. The construction is excellent. As a test, I submerged the fly box in 12" of water (before loading it up with flies) for about 12 hours. It was completely dry! I also purchased two smaller boxes and expect they will perform the same! (Posted on 11/19/12)

The boxes are indeed large. If you're look for a super-thin box, this one probably isn't for you. But it fits perfectly into my Simms bag, and it definitely holds a lot of flies, which is what I need. Mine is holding flies from size 12 up to 24, and doing it well. I'm sure I'll be buying more! The quality is equal to higher priced boxes, but with a much better price. Highly recommended. (Posted on 8/15/12)

I am impressed very favorably with this fly box. I was not sure what I would get for the few dollars spent but it is an excellent quality box that in my mind competes extremely well with $40 fly boxes from anywhere. It works well, has plenty of room, the latch works well without having to fight with it. I purchased one for a friend and filled it with flies that I tie and I am planning to buy several more for other friends and for myself. (Posted on 8/15/12)
